Company / Believe

Anyone can write software today, and fast. What can’t be done fast is understanding a company, designing a system around it and maintaining it for years. It takes people who know how to listen before writing code, and how to say no when the request is wrong. We look for them slowly, and when we find them we make sure they stay.

We didn’t hire for affinity, and it shows. The developers are quiet, the designers aren’t, and the people who work with clients are a case of their own. It’s our organised chaos: every department has a personality, and together they work. Come and meet them.
