The Challenge
The Italian Dairy Academy, in Vignola, has been training and supporting dairies for years. Most of the requests it received were recurring and already had an answer written down in some handout or manual. But each time it took a person to find it and explain it, and the dairy had to wait. The goal was to make that knowledge available straight away, with precise answers rather than generic ones.
The solution
A web platform where the dairy signs up, chooses a monthly or yearly subscription and talks to a chatbot trained on the Academy’s technical documentation. The answers draw on the real context, not on the generic knowledge of the internet. Every user finds the history of their conversations. The Academy has a back office to see logins, roles and the most frequent questions — which also hint at what to teach next.
