The private area where Eternoo’s business customers find delivery notes, invoices and building sites on their own, and carry a digital badge with them. Without calling the branch.
The Challenge
The construction companies that buy from Eternoo constantly need documents — delivery notes, invoices, the status of their building sites — and until then they asked the branches for them by phone or email. A portal was needed where every customer would see only their own, with different roles for owners and staff, and with central control over invitations, permissions and signed documents.
The solution
Etepro opens with a company, Google or Microsoft account. The screen changes according to the role and the selected company: delivery notes and invoices are searched by period and downloaded straight away, building sites are updated online with guided forms, and the EteCard is a digital badge always at hand. Eternoo manages invitations and permissions from a single place and sees which features are really used.
