Flow
A digital journey about recycling for primary schools, to be projected on the interactive whiteboard with nothing to install: four stages, three settings — river, lake, sea — and an AI assistant that answers the children’s questions.
The Challenge
The Federation wanted to talk about recycling in schools, but the available materials weren’t engaging: children didn’t connect the everyday gesture with its consequence for the environment, and had no immediate feedback. Teachers, for their part, needed something ready to use, that worked on interactive whiteboards and tablets from the first lesson.

The solution
Flow is a full-screen illustrated map to explore: you pick the setting of your own school and follow the waste from collection to sorting and transformation, all the way to the final party where the place is clean again. A side bar with the characters Felix and Sammy guides the story. The “Ask something” button opens an AI assistant that immediately answers the children’s questions. Built in three weekly work cycles.
