The Challenge
Greso sells workspace and meeting space to hospitality venues and business travel operators. Its customers managed meeting rooms, bedrooms and food & beverage with separate tools, which made every operation slow and consistent dynamic pricing impossible. A single platform was needed, customisable for each venue and ready to serve many venues at once.
The solution
MiceApp360 starts from a dashboard with bedrooms, meeting rooms, food & beverage and extras. Customer records keep contacts, preferences and negotiated rates. From the operations calendar you manage options, payment deadlines and planning by department; room layouts, equipment inventory and dynamic pricing are set up in a few clicks. A Gantt view shows the availability of everything together. Infrastructure shared across several customers, separate back office.
