The platform Ri-Hub uses for remote physiotherapy: patients follow their programme and attend sessions by video, physiotherapists manage schedules and availability, and the clinical team sees results and adherence. Web, iOS and Android.
The Challenge
Ri-Hub brings rehabilitation to the homes of people who can’t get to a centre. But the processes were fragmented: it was hard to follow continuously how the patient was doing, to confirm appointments without back-and-forth messages, to keep several therapists aligned on the same care plan. A single space was needed that brought together video, pain tracking, notifications and scheduling.
The solution
Patients log in and find their completed sessions, the activities suggested for today and their pain level updated after every visit. A waiting room takes them into the call when the therapist opens the room; the video session has controls designed for clinical use. Physiotherapists manage schedules, availability and notifications to all their patients from a single panel, and see their monthly earnings. Built with weekly releases and tests with clinicians, also available as an app.
