Valli
The portal poultry farmers who use Valli systems, in over 70 countries, rely on to check temperature, humidity, eggs produced and feed consumed in their barns. In real time, from their phone.
The Challenge
Since 1956, Valli has built equipment for poultry farms. The field routers were already collecting all the data from every barn, but access went through an old interface that wasn’t suited to non-technical users. A modern portal was needed, one that worked on computers and smartphones, spoke the customers’ languages — from Russian to Japanese — and didn’t require Valli to manage a second user database.
The solution
A portal connected to IXON Cloud, where every customer logs in with the credentials they already have and sees only their own plants. Dashboards are built by dragging widgets: instant values, history, egg collection, multi-parameter charts. A reports section consolidates consumption, production and health status, printable or exportable to Excel. Valli’s technicians access the plant’s HMI without leaving the office. Built in four months, in nine languages, with the customer’s logo and colours.
